Tell us about your event: dates, location, school level, events, and estimated judges needed. The more you can share upfront, the faster we can respond.

We Match Your Needs
We confirm availability and send a quote within 1–2 business days. You’ll see the judges we’re proposing and have a chance to ask questions before you confirm.

Confirm & Execute
Once you approve the quote, we lock in judges, share contact details, and coordinate logistics. On meet day, we show up prepared.

A few details make the quote process faster and more accurate.
- Meet date(s) and location

- List of events you need judged
- Estimated number of judges and rounds
- Whether you need on-site or virtual judging
